Okay I have had very little sleep due to early mornings, freezing in swags, being rained on while kipping on the beach and serious drinking... you can tell I am in Oz now. In summary the tour was awsome, and I am travelling with a great bunch of people, there are about 20 of us.
Continue reading "8 day tour from Perth to Darwin"Will be outback so will update this when I get the chance. May not be for a few weeks.
Continue reading "Western tour to Broome"I have just had a culture shock. I'm back in the western world, except everyone says no worries here! Take me back to Thailand where its warm and there are palm trees, beaches, jungles and did I say warmth already! It's bloody freezing here, and I have my little vest top. BRRRRRRRR!
Continue reading "Perth"There isn't a lot to say about this. I did a catamaran speed boat trip from koh tao to koh samui. Litterally waited in the airport most of the day, was very hung over from my last night out at koh tao and celebrating with my mates on being a DM.
Well I am back. I have done 3 weeks in Koa toa (still can't spell it) [ed:koh tao]. I will have to some up the key events here.
I had my own bungalo on the beach. Basic double bed right on the water front. A hamock and mosquito net, and could watch the sunsets every night. The downside was that the electricity went off at 6am and back on at 6pm so you couldn't stay inside. The hamock as well didn't have the ideal positioning but my new mate Alex helped sort that out. Yep I can't even put a hamock up by myself. The other draw back that when there were heavy storms I got rained out on the balcony...and there were some heavy storms.
