Our poor little man has Conjunctivitis. He woke up on last Friday, left eye bulging like he has a balloon under it, and some pretty grotty looking 'eye-sleep' goo-ing his eye shut by the eye lashes. Poor little boy.
So we cleaned him up and after a little while the swelling went down. Then this morning we went to the doctors and after a little wait the doctor saw him and confirmed that it was bacterial conjunctivitis. So, we got a perscription for some Chloramphenicol, and the surprising thing was, we got him home and after a little struggle accepted the ointment in his eye, and then cheered right up and was really happy.
